Vincent and Mia's dance sequence at Jack Rabbit Slim's restaurant is now legendary.
Ladies and Gentleman. Now the moment you've all been waiting for - The world famous Jack Rabbit Slims Twist Contest!
Now let's meet our first contestants here this evening.
Young lady what's your name?
Mrs. Mia Wallace
And how about your fella here?
Alright, let's see what you can do, take it away…
After watching the drugged-out dancers Vincent Vega (played by John Travolta) and Mia Wallace (Uma Thurman) do their routine, you see them walking into Mia's house carrying a trophy. The audience assumes they won the dance contest. Later on, Butch Coolidge, played by Bruce Willis, is walking into his apartment, and a TV can be heard from a neighbouring apartment. A Jack Rabbit Slim's commercial is on, and the faint voice in the commercial says that the dance competition trophy was stolen.
